202 Metro
Sturges Development Group is excited to be a part of the renovation of the Metro Building on Berry Street in downtown Fort Wayne.
202 Metro is an 8-story office building built in 1975. After making a significant investment in another project downtown, the investor partnered with Sturges Development Group to redevelop the property into a first-class, mixed-use tower consisting of street-level restaurants and retail, modern office space, and two floors of luxury condominiums. The planned improvements also include a complete overhaul of the building’s infrastructure, including the mechanical systems, elevators, windows, roof, streetscape, and restrooms.
Southtown Phase II
This twin building to Phase I (also developed by Sturges Development Group), is a 7700 SF retail strip center positioned directly in front of Walmart at Southtown Centre. Sturges Development Group was able to lease up Phase I completely, which created demand for Phase II. Phase II offers spaces available to lease from 1,000 SF to entire building. This project is currently in planning phases for breaking ground in Spring 2018.
